HOW TO ORDER & CHECK THE PRICE :

3) Calculate the item price.
Formula : [ ( Item price £ x 2.40 ) + $5 ]
- 2.40 = GBP to SGD Exchange rate inclusive of Shipping Charges from UK to SG + 3% Interbank Charge.
- $5 = Handling Charge.
4) Order with the link and the details of the item and we will handle the rest.
NOTE:
Check your size CAREFULLY before order.
Required full deposit to order.
Items will take about 7 working days to reach Singapore after we have placed the order with the merchant..
We will need at least of £160 of total orders of any items in FRED PERRY before we can place order - SO INVITE/TAG AND SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS! :)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Place the orders via the >>Order Form<< provided .
- Fill up the information required and the details of the item you would like to purchase. Please double-check your order before submit the order form
- Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. If you do not receive any confirmation within 5-7 days after you placed an order, do email us at cs.sutmi@gmail.com to check on your orders.
- Once we have placed the order, the Merchant will check on the stock and email us if there are any Out of Stock (OOS) items. If there is any, we will email to inform you. We would need your account number for refund if all your items went OOS, otherwise, refund will be made after using the excess to offset second payment.
- Second update will be done once the item reaches my place.
- Email us back with the format indicated and we will send out the item(s) within the next working day.
TERM & CONDITIONS
1. Your full payment is required in order for your order to be taken in.
2. There will not be any changes or cancellations allowed once we have placed the order with the merchant.
3. Refunds are done only after order has arrived and when items are ready for distribution. Only items that are out of stock prior to ordering would get their refund upon spree closure. Spree-ers who have outstanding items in the same spree would have their refund offset against local postage and top up of actual shipping cost (if any) during second payment & any remaining refunded.
4. Please follow our order format and double-check your order before submit the order form. If item arrived wrongly due to wrong format given, all exchange fees will be borne by you.
5. We will not be held responsible for any defects, wrong sizes/colour/item sent or packages lost during postage or shipping. But we will always try my best to provide the best solutions/service to your problems.
6. We reserve the right to cancel the spree due to poor response or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances and full refunds will be made.
7. Combining postage is to be informed prior to arrival of items. State clearly which spree you wish to combine. Once items have been packaged, combining postage isn't an option. If any oversight on our part to combine your postage even after you've informed via the correct way, We're in no way liable as combining postage is a favour and should never be taken for granted. Spree-ers would still have to bear the cost of the postage and no alternative would be offered.
8. Wrappings
- All packages are packed in envelope, sealed with scotch tape and marker written for name / address- If items are unable to fit into the biggest size envelope (A3), it would be wrapped in brown paper. Items that doesn't come with plastic wrapping will be wrapped as it is unless spree-er have special requests- For special wrappings request (boxes / bubblewrap etc.), please expect delays of up to 5 days for your items to be sent out.- We are NOT responsible if the package arrive to you damage / torn. If you're worried about that happening, please email me prior to spree arrival to get your items packed in SingPost PostPac boxes.
9. Join only if you are comfortable waiting.
10. Once you join our spree, you are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions.
